HEALTH CARE ASSISTANTS

Our Health Care Assistants

At LEVEON we provide well trained and experienced Healthcare Assistants to care homes and hospitals throughout the country, who work to ensure the smooth running of care services. This means that we work with clients in areas that include hospitals, nursing homes and GP surgeries and 1-to-1 domiciliary care.

Care Assistants are key members of the health care team. With the guidance of Nurses, HCA’s assist patients with activities of daily living such as serving meals and feeding patients, monitoring patients conditions and checking basic observations such as blood pressure and temperature, and performing health checks.

Our Compliance team ensures that our HCA’s are well experienced and have completed all necessary Mandatory Training to work in care. HCA’s also must have enhanced Disclosure & Barring checks completed annually, which is audited regularly.
